Appointments
When you call the office for an appointment, please explain to the receptionist why you need to see your physician. The appropriate amount of time will be scheduled for you at the next available appointment. If the problem is urgent, please call in the morning after 8:30 or early in the afternoon.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or as soon as possible so that someone else may be seen at that time.

Prescription Refills
If you need to refill a prescription prior to your next visit, you can call the office during regular hours. Give the receptionist your name, the name of your medication, the prescription number and your pharmacy telephone number. Your prescription will be called in to your pharmacy within 24 hours of your call.

Telephone Consultation
During office hours, our receptionist and nurses are available to assist you with problems. When calling, give the name of your physician and explain your problem. If a member of our staff is not able to assist you completely, your physician will be consulted. Please be patient, as your physician may be busy with other patients. Your call will be returned in a timely manner.
